TRUST YOURSELF

When people speak about trust, they are referencing the relationship between two people, but trust can go much deeper on a personal level, which is not always considered.
Think about it this way, if an employee does not trust themselves to take the correct steps and remain committed to an idea or a program, how will they be able to have an ounce of success? Often, employees will go back to a different time, where they may have failed to achieve a goal, and they will start questioning if they really have what it takes to make the positive improvements they so desire.
By developing a connection with the employees on an individual level, Ripple will be able to tap into the trust, or lack thereof, that an employee has for themselves and tailor the programs to not only help them succeed, sometimes in spite of themselves, but to make it easier to trust what is inside them in order to make a positive impact on their over wellness.
