THE UNKNOWN

People are more apt to trust the familiar, and to trend their day toward the things that they are comfortable with. An employee may think it is a good idea to learn how to cook new recipes, but not knowing if they are going to like roasted beets or monkfish could send them back to the drive thru because they know what is going to come through that window every single time. The idea of starting a running program may seem like something they want to implement, but what if their legs and back are too sore the next day to be comfortable?

Being able to help employees start to trust the unknown, embrace new things and go against the familiar is a huge undertaking for Ripple Changemakers and not something that is taken lightly. Changemakers understand the roadblocks that can come up along the road to being better and they will allow the employee to trust themselves and the process.
