The goal at Ripple is to help businesses diagnose the health needs of their employees and develop a wellness program that enhances their employees’ health, rather than diminish it.

This is important, especially in these times, as employers are tasked with supporting employees and families through the turmoil of the pandemic, while weathering the economic storm brought on by it. Add to this that the workplace is predominantly located at home, it becomes a slippery slope for companies to try and navigate through the differing responsibilities they bear, as well as determine new paths for wellness that working from home requires for employees.

What is clear is that the health needs of the employees have not changed. The pillars of wellness; physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual are still ever present in the life of every employee and businesses need to have a meaningful role in actively guarding the health of their workforce.
