JUST ASK

Why is asking for help so difficult for so many people? Where did the mindset that people have to go it alone and figure everything out on their own come from? The thought that asking for help makes someone less than all the others has entrenched itself within so many thought processes that it is quite possibly the most limiting factor that people have placed upon themselves when it comes to get better along their wellness journey.

Ripple Changemakers are here to help eliminate that way of thinking and to provide an environment in which anyone is comfortable and encouraged to look to others for assistance when it comes to navigating through life as a whole.

By opening up the mind to accepting the fact that knowing everything is an impossible, inhuman ask of oneself, employees and managers both will find it much easier to solve issues and get over problems.

It is okay to not be okay, this phrase has been shouted from the rooftops in recent years, and it is a wonderful, progressive message, but it does not go far enough. It is okay to not be okay, and asking for help does not make anyone less than anyone else. Experts are there to help, to lead, to guide, all you have to do is reach out and tell them where you are and where you want to go, they will be your compass to a better tomorrow.
