One of the most dangerous roadblocks along a wellness journey is a mind with too much time to overthink and overanalyze. If given the opportunity to dissect every moment of the day, employees and managers alike can quickly derail any progress they have made in their quest to get better.

By having hobbies, that idle time is taken up by things that can stimulate the mind and the body, depending on the activity. Another thing that some hobbies promote is social interaction, which for some people who have been working from home is a wonderful release from the days of sitting alone in a home office.

Ripple Changemakers can help managers and their employees develop activities that will allow them to free their mind and escape from the mire of overthinking problems and issues.
