GROWTH THINKING

Having a growth mindset allows for the belief that even though something might not be working out in an ideal way, there are things to take away from the situation that can be helpful in the future and it helps avoid getting stuck along a wellness journey.
In a fixed mindset, someone who is struggling with nutrition does not attempt a new recipe. Approaching that same situation thinking that they will be able to learn and adapt from the first effort will almost always have a better result both in the present and in the future. That is what a growth mindset is.
It is very easy to get caught up in the internal thought process and let it beat down on the overall well being of someone. Ripple is here to be the referee against the mind, stepping in to call a break and teaching employees how to police themselves, so they allow for their minds to explore and run wild with possibility versus and holding them back from moving further away from their better selves.
