GRATITUDE

Per Forbes, taking a few minutes each day to practice gratitude is beneficial in many ways, including; better relationships, better sleep, greater physical and mental health, empathy, self-esteem, mental strength, resilience and happiness.

You may not be able to control the negativity around your life but you can control the mindset you adapt and how you react to those challenges. Gratitude may not provide instant relief that people always look for these days, but it can bring the feeling of control back to us.

This Thanksgiving will look and feel different than most, but we still have the opportunity to cultivate gratitude by focusing on what we have versus what we do not have.

From the Ripple family to you and your families, Happy Thanksgiving.
