How can a habit be both dangerous and beneficial to a wellness journey?


Most people who try to make changes to their lives find that they first have to break from their daily rituals. Sometimes it can be as easy as taking the stairs instead of the elevator or parking further away from the building to get more steps in as they walk from the car to the desk. Other times it requires much more effort, such as getting up earlier or going to bed earlier.


To accomplish these goals, a new routine can be incredibly helpful with accountability, by giving the journey checkpoints to cross. Ripple Changemakers will be the navigator for this trek, helping employees and businesses both avoid the rut of a routine and make sure that the structure is built for accomplishment and advancement, not just maintaining the status quo.
