Forming new habits is incredibly hard. From trying to eat differently to just being nice to themselves when they make mistakes, employees and managers alike have a tough time going against the familiar flow of their lives.


Changemakers have a unique ability to break down those defenses against what is different and encourage everyone involved in a Ripple program to get outside their “comfort zone” and experience something they are not used to.
