BAD HABITS


Breaking a bad habit is one of the toughest things for anyone to try and do. A lot of time and effort can be spent trying to break free of the negativity, but there is never any guarantee that all that effort will produce results.


One of the greatest assets that Ripple has is the amazing Changemakers, who will design programs and help guide people along a more positive journey for their wellness. By connecting with employees and the business as a whole, Changemakers can provide the support needed to change. Fostering creativity in terms of approach and execution of a wellness program, collaborating with stakeholders and adapting the program to better suit an environment or business need, and being a sounding board for concerns, ideas, complaints, and anything else that might come up along the adventure are just some ways that the Changemakers will be there to help.


It is easy, especially in these times, to get stuck in what seems to be an endless loop of monotony and the feeling of being stuck in quicksand, falling deeper and deeper into the darkness, can take hold and really hinder any positive progress. Ripple will bring the light at the end of the tunnel more into focus, follow us, we know the way out.
