A GENUINE INTEREST

Noting requires a certain type of curiosity. It is more of a genuine interest in the signs coming from your body, not a sense of finding the root cause to those feelings. Noting also has the benefit of allowing employees to recognize patterns in your own brain. By doing so, employees can alter behavior to have more days that are positive and fulfilling.

Noting requires curiosity, but not in the sense of finding the root cause of the thought or feelings, but to be honest with yourself and having a genuine interest in the signs your body is showing.

Ripple Changemakers can help everyone be less critical of themselves and their moods by teaching them how to be better at noting and less focused on “the why” that seems to drive everyone toward the pitfalls of their wellness journey.
